From 1977 to March of 2008 Demaria Electric was located in Wilmington.  The growth of the company over the years necessitated a move to a larger facility.  In 2006 a property was purchased in the city of Paramount.  The building was completely renovated, including raising the roof 10 feet to accommodate a new 30 ton crane and railway, and installation of a completely new electrical service.

This is what the property looked like when purchased in 2006.

Walls were torn down, the roof was raised, and new fixtures were installed.

March 2008, open for business!
