From 1977 to March of 2008 Demaria Electric was located in Wilmington.  The growth of the company over the years necessitated a move to a larger facility.

In 2006 a property was purchased in the city of Paramount.  The building was completely renovated, including raising the roof 10 feet to accommodate a new 30-ton crane and railway, and installation of a completely new electrical service.
